Return policy and claims

Our return policy

Nordic NINJA Store comply with the European Union E-commerce directive, which means that you can return a product if you are not completely satisfied with the purchase. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. When returning a product it must be undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked shipment service when returning a product. The price of the products, shipping costs deducted, will be refunded to you within 7 days from the day that the product is delivered back to us. When returning an order, you are responsible to cover shipping costs, customs and handling fees. Products from the grocery category cannot be returned due to health reasons.

Claims

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect please contact us. We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible. Usually we will send you a new item but a refund can also be requested. Please provide photos of any damaged item so that we can opt to offer a refund without the need to have the product returned. The manufacturers and importers are responsible for item quality and we must respect their say in any claims. We always aim to resolve problems in the buyers favor. Note that chocolates can melt during summer time and we cannot be held responsible for that. When you chose a fast expedite shipment such us DHL express melting is very rare during shipment.
